The technology supported a retail environment of approximately 100,000 stores.
Challenge
The existing installation and delivery process could take several months.
My role
Lead architecture definition, client-facing solution design, automation direction, implementation coordination, and stakeholder alignment across three teams.
Approach
- Assessed the existing installation workflow.
- Identified architectural and operational bottlenecks.
